Lucas Turns 3 | Boy's Birthday Portrait Session

I met Lucas when he was still one, turning two. We took the cutest photos of his curly blonde head, shared them with his mama, and then I did something lame. When I was starting out, I only kept my clients images for a few months. Now I keep them on hard drives fo-eva. So when I went to blog this session, it made me super regret not keeping those baby photos because it would've given an extra set of memories to this post. But I did find their Christmas photos!

Anyway... I digress.

I put both his Christmas card photos and his third birthday photos into this post to show you what a difference six months makes. The thing I love most about my job is being able to see my clients grow, whether it be from wedding to first baby, or from first baby to third, or even a fur baby (I have two of those!).

Adding some similar outfit links at the bottom of this post. Enjoy!

Tea Party Sibling Session | Vacaville, California

I love when clients get creative and come up with fun new ideas for their sessions! Melissa sent me an email saying she'd like to have a little tea party setup for her daughter, but this was even cuter than I imagined! We had some fun distractions (ducks were everywhere) which lead to these fun laughs and giggles. I've linked some similar products and outfits below for inspiration:

First Communion Portraits | Vallejo, California

When Bobby's mom asked me to take his First Communion portraits, I was excited because I had never been inside of a Catholic Church (I know, right?!). It was the gorgeous St Basil the Great Roman Catholic Church in Vallejo, which wasn't too far from home. It was a hot day and Bobby was such a trooper in his suit. He totally deserved the ice cream Mom bribed him with!
