You may recognize Val and Kelvin from a previous blog post back in December, when they were married at the gorgeous SF City Hall building. It was such a nice way to get to know them ahead of their big day, and so fun to see Val's vision come to life a few months later. Her dress, with the beaded bodice and tulle bottom, was so feminine and soft, and I loved how her "unofficial bridesmaids" all got to share the morning getting ready with her. Kelvin nailed his "GQ" shots, as I like to call them, and looked so dapper in his tux!
I could tell from the website that the Grandview Restaurant in San Jose had a hell of a view... but until I was driving up the mountain, I had no clue how stunning it would actually be. Its a smaller, intimate venue (perfect for around 100 people) that caters to the couple's vision and comes with an amazing view of the whole area. The coordinator, Jody, and the entire staff were probably the sweetest and most accommodating I've ever worked with, and the food was to die for! The florist decorated the space with tons of greenery and it was so romantic.
Congratulations, Val and Kelvin, on your big day, and thank you for having me be a part of it!
